2016 Recap: Most Popular Products of the Year

Happy New Year!  We’re ringing in 2017 and that’s certainly worth celebrating.  NY Party Works looks forward to being there for our customers for what we hope will be a joyous and prosperous year. But before we ring in the new, we want to take one last look at all the fun we had in 2016 and let you know about some of our most popular products from this year. We think that they’ll remain sought after in 2017. Let’s take a look:

Mirror Me Selfie Booth

Mirror, mirror on the wall who’s the hottest of them all? You don’t need to be the queen of that cartoon you watched as a kid to interact with our Mirror Me Selfie Booth.  When your guests touch our mirror to take a selfie it will compliment them and guide them with fun instructions. Guests can also write on our mirror and it’s even equipped to post your selfieono social media.

Photo Booths

All types of photo booths remain among the most popular rental items for all types of parties. We have the classic strip booths you remember from arcades. It gives your guests 2 strips of 4 photos. We also have hi tech IT booths which gives you options for several formats like animated GIFs or videos. You can print, email, text or post your creation on social media. Our snapshot and open booths allow you to pose for and customize your photos.

Zip Lines

You can bring the ultimate rush right to your party venue. NY Party Works is one of the very few companies that has mobile zip lines and they’ve become our biggest rental for corporate, school or college events. And you’ll see why when you’re traveling up to 300 feet in the sky at speeds up to 21 mph. Our lines can accommodate two people and guests of all ages, with a minimum height of 42 inches. The lines must be set up outdoors to accommodate our system which uses a hydraulic decelerator to bring you in for a safe landing.

Toxic Drop Obstacle Course

If you’re determined and you love a challenge this massive inflatable obstacle course is for you. It’s a popular spring and summer rental, particularly for corporate and school events and it certainly gets your competitive juices flowing. Two players can compete against each other simultaneously. There are seven obstacles and the course becomes more difficult as time go on.

Mechanical Bull, Surf Board and Shark

If you’re ready to take the bull by the horns, hang five, or take on a great white without a bigger boat, these products are for you. They’re popular for all types of events, from private parties to corporate and school events and festivals, even bar and bat mitzvahs. It’s entertaining to watch guests try to ride the mechanical bull, keep from wiping out on our surf board, or stay on the back of a mechanical shark. It’s even more fun to try yourself. Guests who’ve never tried before are often surprised by the results.

Rock Wall

You can take yourself to thrilling heights on one of our most popular rentals. Our 25 foot high hydraulic rock wall accommodates up to four people on three sides. In addition to our traditional rock wall, our newest wall, called Klime Wallz has a modern art look. This crowd pleaser also lights up in the dark.

Giant Lite Bright

This giant version of the lite brite toy you had growing up will bring fun for kids and nostalgia for adults. The Giant Lite Bright is popular at all types of events from weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties or corporate events. Your guests can create fun designs and messages, and you can even use it to display your corporate logo.

Hungry Hippo

It’s just like that game you had as a kid, except you get to be the hippo. Hippo Chow Down is just like the game, Hungry Hungry Hippos; your guests get to go after the marbles in this inflatable interactive game. Four people at a time can play.
